The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a proven new business hunter who is entrepreneurial, highly connected, and relentless in pursuit of net-new revenue. As VP of Sales, you’ll be responsible for landing high-value accounts across industries, working directly with the C-suite to position our tech services as strategic business enablers.
You’ll partner closely with delivery, marketing, and executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, break into new verticals, and drive our next wave of exponential growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for new enterprise accounts across North America
- Develop and execute a targeted new business strategy across verticals such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing
- Build executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs to understand business challenges and position tailored solutions
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to scope custom software, data, AI, and modernization services
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue, ensuring consistent overachievement of quota
- Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and partner summits to expand brand visibility
- Contribute to the evolution of sales playbooks, value propositions, and market positioning
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in technology consulting, software services, or data/AI solutions
- Proven track record of consistent top performance in new business development (President’s Club, Top 1–2%, etc.)
- Experience landing net-new enterprise accounts with deal sizes $500K to multi-million dollar engagements
- Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, cloud platforms, data engineering, and custom software services
- Strong business acumen with the ability to consult with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Highly autonomous, metrics-driven, and hungry to win in a fast-paced environment
- Executive presence, persuasive communication, and unmatched follow-through
