Position Highlights
- Patient Population: Ages 18
- Patient Volume: 15 patients per day
- Schedule: Full-time with a half-day off every other Friday
- Location: Atlanta, GA
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive primary care visits, including annual wellness exams, chronic disease management, acute care visits, and preventive screenings
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions, coordinate specialist referrals, and prescribe medications as needed
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical records (EMR)
- Deliver exceptional patient care and build lasting relationships

Qualifications
