Responsibilities
Compensation: Annual salary $60,000.00
This position is hybrid based role in New Bedford. Two days in-office required.

Kid’s Net provides a range of services to connect foster and kinship families to the information, resources, respite, and support networks they need to address the unique challenges that come with raising foster children. Kid’s Net partners with DCF to engage foster families through trainings, support groups, as well as connection to a network of experienced foster parent mentors.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and effectively communicate with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) staff and foster parents to provide service delivery of all components of Kid’s Net contract services.
- Assist DCF with the Massachusetts Partnership in Parenting (MAPP) training series.
- Assist in the development of a wide variety of trainings and trainers for both staff and foster parents.
- Participate in supervisions with the Statewide Director, provide supervision for Regional Kid's Net Assistant and the Family Resource Liaisons
- Work with Kid's Net Assistant and any foster parents who contact Kid's Net to connect them to the information and resources they are seeking, either within the Kid's Net program or through connection to other resources in the community.
- Provide visibility in the community to raise awareness of foster parenting including participating in community partnership meetings.
- Participate in program improvement initiatives.
- Utilize a customer service and solution focused mindset in working with foster parents.
- Develop collaborative relationships with DCF regional and area office staff including: Family Resource staff & supervisor(s), Area Directors, Regional Director, Clinical Manager, and the Foster Care Recruiters and ambassadors.
- Participate in building statewide training calendar for foster parents with input from staff, DCF, and foster parents and manage regional training needs
- Work with the Statewide Director to provide administrative support for Massachusetts Alliance for Foster Families (MAFF) including attending quarterly Board meetings and other supported activities.
