What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dual Diagnosis Clinician - PACT position at Eliot Logo?
Eliot is currently seeking a licensed substance abuse clinician for the Metro North branch of our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Team. The ideal candidate will have experience developing & facilitating dual diagnosis groups. Knowledge of motivational interviewing, harm reduction techniques, 12 step programs, detoxification facilities as well as proven experience in community-based work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness are a must.
PACT is an evidenced based multidisciplinary outreach mental program that serves adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses in the community. PACT clinicians work as a team to collaborate with consumers to develop treatment interventions that assist them in their recovery process.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in completing substance abuse assessments.
- Participate in treatment planning meetings on a weekly basis through written documentation and clinical discussions.
- Act as a primary case manager consumers.
- Provide individualized therapy to reduce consumers’ symptoms and carry out each intervention indicated on consumer treatment plan either as primary case manager or mini-team member.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm (with rotating a 12-8 shift, weekend and on-call rotation)
Accepted Licensures: LRC, LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC1, LADC2
Salary: $64,459.20 annually
Location: Community based position out of Lowell MA
