Eliot is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join our team in a supervisory capacity within the human services field. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and bring a minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory role. We are looking for someone who embodies deep compassion and empathy—traits essential to supporting individuals navigating complex life challenges. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about making a difference and is firmly grounded in the principles of social justice, equity, and inclusivity. A commitment to person-centered planning and practice is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to meet the diverse needs of those we serve.

Eliot’s Permanent Supportive Housing Teams are composed of compassionate and skilled professionals who deliver trauma-informed and strengths-based services to individuals facing significant barriers to obtaining and maintaining stable housing. These barriers often include, but are not limited to, untreated or under-treated mental health conditions such as PTSD, mood disorders, and psychosis; substance use disorders; and chronic medical conditions or complexities.

Our teams work to build trusting relationships with each person we serve, offering consistent support that empowers individuals to achieve their housing goals while addressing behavioral health and medical needs. We believe in a holistic, person-first approach, where long-term stability and well-being are prioritized through comprehensive, integrated care planning and service delivery.

If you are a motivated, compassionate leader with a strong desire to contribute to a meaningful mission, we encourage you to apply and become part of our dynamic and mission-driven organization.
