In response to the high demand for services from our Hispanic / Latinx clients, the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Lynn has taken the initiative to develop "Equipo Renacer," a specialized team of Hispanic / Latinx providers. The CBHC Clinician provides evidence-based treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team. Working with others on the CBHC team, you will deliver solution-focused clinical interventions and treatment for clients and families.
Responsibilities :
- Provide side by side therapy and interventions to individuals and families that are evidence based, focus on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement.
- Provide therapy interventions in the office, virtually, in the community based on client preference, client need, and at the clinical direction of the Team.
- Participate in daily Team Huddles and Team Meetings including completing documentation prior to meetings.
- Complete NOMS assessments as assigned, clinical assessments, and other documentation required to meet CBHC / Eliot standards.
- Ensure that each individual is actively involved in their treatment planning process and their preferences are embraced.
Provide individual therapy to assigned clients and / or families within the context of the CBHC Team, treatment plan and EBPs approved by Eliot / CBHC policies and procedures.

Salary :
CBHC Masters only : $68,900
CBHC Licensed : $74,200
Bilingual Required. Spanish speaking is needed. Ideal candidate has provided treatment in Spanish.
Eliot provides H1B visa sponsorship through Green Card Process.
Relocation Package Available.
Location : Lynn, MA
Schedule : Monday- Friday, 9 am-5pm. This position is HYBRID with a minimum of 3 office based days.
