Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitative services to residents, supporting their ADLs and mobility
- Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and the Rehab Department
- Document care accurately using electronic medical records software
- Assist residents with feeding, transport, and escorting them to activities
- Perform transfers, lifting, and positioning of residents safely
- Take vital signs, as well as measure and document intake and output
- Ability to provide detailed reports at the beginning and end of shifts
- Proficiency in electronic medical records software
- Competence in taking vital signs and handling mobility assistance
- Experience in providing compassionate care and support to residents
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in Washington State or eligibility for certification within 120 days of employment
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant Certification program
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Current CPR training
