Position Overview:
The Supervisor/Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure quality service delivery, and help train, coach, and motivate cleaning staff across various commercial sites. You’ll be responsible for scheduling, inspections, employee management, and client communication to make sure every facility shines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate cleaning crews across multiple accounts
- Perform quality control inspections and follow up on any corrective actions
- Train new employees on procedures, safety protocols, and service expectations
- Coordinate schedules, ensure adequate staffing, and adjust as needed
- Maintain communication with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Manage supplies and equipment to ensure teams are fully prepared
- Provide hands-on support when necessary to meet deadlines or cover shifts
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a supervisory or management role in the commercial cleaning industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to train, guide, and hold team members accountable
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using scheduling apps or digital tools (we’ll train you if needed)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (some travel between sites required)
- Flexibility to work mostly evenings, with occasional weekends or daytime shifts if needed
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Experience with floor care (VLM, strip & wax, etc.)
- Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
