  • 625k Base Salary
  • Optional 2-year partnership track
  • 10 weeks vacation
  • Full benefits, 401k match, profit sharing, CME allowance of $2k
  • 50k retention bonus year 2, $10k relocation

FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule : M-F 7 : 30a-3 : 30p
  • Supervision model 1 : 3
  • Total 15 CRNAs
  • Anesthesiologists will do their own cases and supervise up to 3 ORs

    • QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Board Certified / Eligible
  • Team player who enjoys a collaborative environment
  • Bread and butter cases, GI, OB, healthy peds, podiatry
