- Coverage : 1 day physician (7A-7P), 1 night physician (7P-7A)
- Mid-level coverage : 2 PA shifts : 9A-9P and 12P-12A
- Annual Volume : 32,000
- Physicians typically see 18-20 patients in 12 hr shift, PAs see 25-30 (lower acuity) patients in 12 hr shift
- Admission Rate : Approx. 4-10 per 24 / hr
- ESI Scale : 3-4, sometimes 5
- ED / Bed Size : 22 beds, 2 Trauma Rooms, 1 Designated Sexual Assault Examiner Room
- Credentialing Timeframe : 1-3 weeks
