Position Summary

The client services coordinator will be responsible for providing support to Elite Aircraft Services customers, pilots, and leadership. The role will be responsible for ensuring a positive client experience throughout their entire journey through the client lifecycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as an initial point of contact for Elite Aircraft Services (inperson and digital channels).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all Charleston, SC based aircraft owners and clients.
  • Assist with preparation and distribution of routine reports.
  • Provide customers with regular status updates about their aircraft’s maintenance visit.
  • Work with Elite Aircraft Maintenance and clients to schedule regular maintenance.
  • Assist with aircraft onboarding and subscription enrollment.
  • Complete routine surveys and database updates for assigned aircraft.
  • Serve as a main POC for individuals renting aircraft or receiving flight instruction.
  • Assist with maintenance coordination during AOG issues.
  • Routinely collaborate with senior leadership sharing any potential client issues and recommending solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a positive client experience.

General:

  • Ability to interact with professionalism and discretion with high profile clientele.
  • Must be available for oncall hours, have open availability, and respond promptly to issues as they arise.
  • Must be able to work independently and problem solve issues as they arise.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to shift priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor within a fastpaced, dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
  • Flight School, FBO (Fixed Base Operator), or Aircraft Management Experience (preferred)

Computer Skills

  • Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
  • Must be fully proficient in all aspects of the software programs in use at the time.

Certifications

  • Valid driver license with clean driving record.

Language Requirements

  • Proficient in English

Physical Demands

  • Exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, pull, or otherwise move objects (infrequent)
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers
  • Depth perception (threedimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships)

Work Environment

  • Indoors/Outdoors
  • General Aviation Hangar; Office Environment
  • Company sponsored travel required on occasion.
