Essential Duties
- Manage all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Establish, implement, and maintain internal controls and formal policies, procedures, and training documents in accordance with company best practices.
- Oversee accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection and accurate reporting.
- Responsible for accounts payable processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Lead corporate accounting functions, including general ledger reconciliation and account analysis.
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements and reports to senior management and clients.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure adherence to public accounting standards.
- Provide insights on financial concepts to support decisionmaking across departments.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance financial operations and reporting efficiency.
- Oversee trust accounting operations and reporting.
- Lead accounting team, including determining staffing needs, leading recruiting efforts, completing new hire onboarding, and provide continuous feedback to aid in employee growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 Years of progressive experience in financial management, with a strong understanding of corporate accounting principles.
- 5 Years of experience in Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
- Experience in the aviation industry is desirable but not required.
- Experience working in a remote environment in a similar role desirable but not required.
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass required background & security screening, as appropriate
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed account analysis and general ledger reconciliation.
- Indepth knowledge of compliance requirements and public accounting practices.
- Exceptional organization skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to interact with professionalism and discretion with clientele.
- Must be able to work independently and problem solve issues as they arise.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience which is at the core of Elite’s commitment to the Client.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
