Elite All Stars of Maine is currently hiring tumbling coaches. As a Competitive Tumbling Coach, you will be responsible for training and developing athletes in tumbling techniques, ensuring their safety and skill progression.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for competitive tumbling athletes, focusing on skill progression and safety.
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to enhance performance and technique.
- Monitor athletes' physical conditioning and offer guidance on injury prevention.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss athlete development and progress.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- After school
- Nights as needed
- Weekends as needed
