Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Emergency and Non-Emergency Calls: Provide prompt, high-quality care.
- Perform Patient Assessments & Advanced Care: Act decisively under pressure.
- Safely Operate Ambulance Vehicles: Ensure timely and secure transport of patients.
- Accurate Patient Care Reports: Document incidents clearly and thoroughly.
- Equipment & Supply Maintenance: Keep ambulances stocked and ready.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Facilities: Coordinate seamless patient handoffs.
- Ongoing Training: Stay updated with the latest EMS practices.
- Mentor New Team Members: Share your expertise and guide newcomers.
- Current Paramedic license
- ACLS & PALS certifications
- 1 year EMS experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Emergency vehicle operations certification (or willingness to obtain)
- CPR/BLS certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 125 lbs. with assistance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to patient care excellence
