This is a unique opportunity as the first in house financial hire for this amazing luxury accessory brand. The role is pivotal in setting up processes from scratch and analyzing data to make business decisions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting to the founders of the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial meetings
- Complete financial accounting and forecasting
- Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
- Cash Management
- Team Budgeting and Company Card oversight
- Developing internal accounting and money management processes
- Preparation and presentation of quarterly and annual financial reports to the Board
- Support Business Affairs with financial forecasting and planning customized to the Company’s business decision-making needs and long-term financial goals
- Oversight of the financial aspects of inventory management
- Oversee accounting- which is managed externally
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and analytical
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
