Job Description:
As a Sales Specialist, you will be the face our client, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences. You will assist clients in selecting fine jewelry pieces, educate them about their collections, and build long-lasting relationships through outstanding service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, engaging, and personalized shopping experience to clients.
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry that suits their tastes, needs, and budgets.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to educate clients on jewelry craftsmanship, materials, and care.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by demonstrating a passion for luxury retail and fine jewelry.
- Handle transactions, process payments, and manage inventory with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and an inviting boutique atmosphere.
