We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business at our New Braunfels and Bulverdelocations—just outside of Stone Oak in San Antonio. This is not a sit-and-wait-for-customers role—we need someone who actively builds relationships, drives sales, and makes our shop stand out from the rest.
What You’ll Do:
As a Sales & Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for inside and outside sales, business development, and daily operations, with a strong focus on business-to-business (B2B) sales. Your primary goal will be to develop partnerships with companies that operate fleets, offering them 12-volt, window tint, and alarm services to enhance security and efficiency. You’ll also coordinate industry events like car shows and truck meets to establish a strong brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales & Business Growth: Proactively target companies with fleets that need tint, alarms, and 12-volt solutions to drive revenue.
- Marketing & Events: Oversee and coordinate car shows, truck meets, and industry events to build brand awareness and attract high-value clients.
- Industry Network: A strong network of installers, vendors, and industry contacts is a major advantage.
- Inventory & Workflow Management: Keep stock levels organized and implement efficient job processes to maximize productivity.
- CRM & Sales Process Implementation: Use CRM software for lead follow-ups, job tracking, and pipeline management to keep sales moving.
- Team Leadership: Train, guide, and hold the team accountable for delivering high-quality work.
- Follow-Through & Organization: Implement structured processes to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
