Responsibilities

• Conduct social listening to understand audience sentiments and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall campaign objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing graphics and content for posts.
• Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Assist in advertising campaigns on social platforms to drive traffic and conversions.

Skills

• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and how they relate to social media marketing.
• Experience with advertising on social media platforms is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
