What You'll Do:

As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you will be immersed in various aspects of business operations, including:

• Team Leadership: Develop, motivate, and mentor a team of sales and marketing associates. You'll lead by example, providing guidance and support to help your team achieve individual and collective goals.
• Sales & Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while meeting company objectives.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and team performance. Use data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational and team challenges in real-time, maintaining a high standard of service and results.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Preferred but not required).
• Experience: Prior leadership, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re willing to train the right candidate.
• Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including occasional evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
