Cabinet Sales Representative

Location: Florida West Coast – Tampa/Sarasota Area - (Potential to expand statewide)
Reports To: General Manager
Salary: The market rate for this position is approximately $65,000 annually plus commissions. However, the final offer may vary based on the candidate’s experience.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Independent Sales Representative to join our team in the Tampa/Sarasota market. This role focuses on promoting and selling our cabinets and countertops to builders but may include homeowners, contractors, and designers.

We are dedicated to providing top-notch home improvement products and exceptional customer service to homeowners, contractors, builders, and interior designers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products, emphasizing quality and suitability for home improvement projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide expert product knowledge, guidance, and recommendations to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cabinet and countertop sales, preferably in home improvement or new home construction.
  • Strong knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, and related home improvement products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Schedule & Work Location

  • Monday to Friday, Day Shift
