Cabinet Sales Representative
Location: Florida West Coast – Tampa/Sarasota Area - (Potential to expand statewide)
Reports To: General Manager
Salary: The market rate for this position is approximately $65,000 annually plus commissions. However, the final offer may vary based on the candidate’s experience.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Independent Sales Representative to join our team in the Tampa/Sarasota market. This role focuses on promoting and selling our cabinets and countertops to builders but may include homeowners, contractors, and designers.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products, emphasizing quality and suitability for home improvement projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide expert product knowledge, guidance, and recommendations to customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cabinet and countertop sales, preferably in home improvement or new home construction.
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, and related home improvement products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Schedule & Work Location
- Monday to Friday, Day Shift
- Remote position with travel required within Tampa, Sarasota, and surrounding areas
