Key Responsibilities:

Replace and install appliances, light fixtures, and hardware as needed.

Ensure all systems (AC, plumbing, electrical) are in proper working order.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Report any major repairs or issues to the maintenance supervisor.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in apartment maintenance, construction, or general handyman work preferred.

Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
