Key Responsibilities:

Assist with payroll processing, verifying timesheets, and ensuring proper documentation.

Support hiring, onboarding, and credential verification of field clinicians.

Monitor and enforce compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.

Track field staff performance metrics, address scheduling conflicts, and escalate issues as needed.

Manage the inventory and distribution of medical supplies and equipment for field personnel.

Develop and implement scheduling systems to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:
