Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update manufacturing records, production schedules, and work orders.
- Enter and verify production data in company systems to track inventory, materials, and output.
- Prepare and distribute reports related to production performance, materials usage, and quality control.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and coordinating material movement.
- Process and file manufacturing documents, such as purchase orders, shipping records, and compliance paperwork.
- Communicate with production teams, supervisors, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in coordinating production schedules and work assignments based on business needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all documentation and processes.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and answering inquiries.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years of clerical or administrative experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or MRP systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and support process improvements.
Working Conditions:
