We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Assembly Line Worker to join our team in the oil and gas industry. This role involves assembling, inspecting, and testing components used in energy production. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
• Operate machinery and hand tools to assemble components according to specifications.
• Follow safety procedures and industry regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Conduct quality inspections to identify defects and ensure products meet standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of workstations and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Maintain accurate records of production and report any issues or malfunctions.
Qualifications :
• Education : High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience : Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools.
• Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat and noise.
This is a temp to hire position. You must have transportation due to the plant not being within city limits. Additionally, you MUST be able to work any shift to help meet the needs of the client.
