We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Threading Inspector to join our team at our pipe manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all threads on manufactured pipes meet industry standards, customer specifications, and internal quality control requirements. This role is critical to maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect threads on pipes for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards using precision measuring tools such as thread gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to detect defects, irregularities, or damage in threading.
• Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with machine operators and production staff to address and resolve threading issues.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and industry regulations throughout the inspection process.
• Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment to ensure consistent accuracy.
• Propose process improvements to enhance threading quality and efficiency.
