Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and clerical roles across various client accounts.

Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and culture fit.
*
Utilize ATS (preferably Avionté) to manage candidate pipelines, job postings, and compliance documentation.
*
Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
*
Conduct onboarding, background checks, and employment verifications as needed.
*
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly placement goals and KPIs.
*
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends and local hiring conditions.
*
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
*
Provide ongoing support to placed employees, including resolving issues and addressing concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
*
2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency or high-volume environment.
*
Proven success recruiting for light industrial and clerical roles.
*
Experience with Avionté or a comparable applicant tracking system strongly preferred.
*
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and compliance procedures.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
*
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
