Description : Job purpose
The MEP Tech will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings, meeting or exceeding customer s and Elite s standards. Must have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Install, repair, and maintain mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Practice excellent work ethic
- Listen well and communicate effectively
- Demonstrate integrity in all work
- Represent Elite in a positive and professional manner at all times, including while operating company vehicles
- Any other tasks as needed or assigned by supervisors
