Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently while providing support to staff and management. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment
  • Oversee payroll processing and maintain employee records
  • Coordinate calendar management for executives and team members
  • Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development
  • Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Provide exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with clients, vendors, and employees
  • Implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency

Experience

  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred
  • Familiarity with medical office management is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
