Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.Responsibilities may include the following :Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or clinical managerSupport mobility by assisting patients with transferring as neededAssist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, and eatingLight house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing mealsEnhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity as a CNA / HHA with Elite Care Management.
