- HHA CERTIFICATION IN INDIANA REQUIRED
- COMPANY CAR / GAS REIMBURSEMENT / AUTO INSURANCE PAID

Your schedule is prepared each month based on our patients’ staffing needs in their homes. You are oriented with each patient before you work on your own. You must have a flexible schedule and are required to work two weekends per month. You will receive a company car after the orientation. Great benefits package!

- Driver’s License

- Current CPR Card
- CNA or HHA certification in Indiana
- 2- step TB test reading, Chest X-Ray, or QuantiFERON Gold Blood Test - within last 12 months
