LOOKING FOR COMPASSIONATE & EXPERIENCED RNs / LPNs
Elite Care Management is seeking compassionate and skilled RNs / LPNs to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will possess a valid Illinois Nursing license with relevant clinical experience, as well as work history in acute care settings, home health care, or familiarity with vents and trachs are preferred. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care are essential for success with Elite.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE: PRN
- PRN - RN / LPN ~~~ VARIOUS DAYS ~~~ 7AM - 7PM
- PRN - RN / LPN ~~~ VARIOUS NIGHTS ~~~ 7PM - 7AM
Elite Care Management is a private duty home health care company with 26 years' experience in the industry. We are privately owned, and we specialize in adult patients with Spinal Cord Injuries, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and High-Acuity Patients.

Job Summary
You will be providing essential nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being. Reporting and communicating with a Clinical Manager, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment, various nursing interventions, and life care to give high-quality skilled nursing care to your patient.
