Housekeeping Cleaner (Hourly or Commission-Based, Flexible Hours)
We are a small startup company seeking trustworthy and motivated Housekeeping Cleaners to join our growing team! You’ll handle a variety of light and deep cleaning tasks, as well as organizing duties, for residential and commercial clients. Whether you are hourly or commission-based this position has many opportunities to grow as we expand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and organize residential homes, businesses, and office locations.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment.
- Move small furniture as needed.
- Provide and maintain cleaning supplies (stipend available for initial setup).
- Occasionally assist clients with laundry, dishes, or light pet-related cleaning (e.g., animal waste).
- Interact professionally with clients to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations (this is a must).
- Strong communication skills to accommodate last-minute scheduling changes and share your availability.
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is equally valued.
- References that we can verify.
- Ability to pass a drug test .
Pay and Hours:
- Flexible work schedule ranging from 5 to 30 hours per week, depending on your availability.
- We welcome you to keep another part time job - just let us know your availability and we’ll work around it.
- Training pay starts at $18/hr minimum. Once established, you'll earn $20-$25 an hour.
- Tips are added on top of your pay.
