We Are Looking for An ELITE & HIGHLY SKILLED Janitorial/Cleaner To Be Able To Handle & Execute Different Cleaning Services At Various Locations in the University as Needed –

POSITION - Janitorial/Cleaner
Days: Saturday and Sunday
Hours: First Shift, 6am - 2:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sweeping, Mopping, Dusting of Windowsills, Vents, Etc., Wiping Down Surfaces, Cleaning employee restroom and breakroom, Refilling Supplies (Toilet Paper/Paper Towels/Soap, etc), Vacuuming and Take Out Trash
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in buffing, waxing, and stripping floors referred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Commitment to upholding cleanliness and safety standards in a university environment.
- Able to work alone or with a partner
COMPENSATION: $18 per our
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20 pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and Squat. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift.
