Responsible for the following :
Running and organizing ADP reports on a daily basis / timecard reviews / and variances off of the reports
Presenting reports and variances to manager
Data Trending for errors
Invoice reconciliation for ALL vendor invoices across the Elite Portfolio (Snow, Land, Janitorial)
One off work order pricing / hourly work
Assisting with Ops duties- ordering supplies, scheduling, timecards
Assisting with startup and scheduling with NEW Wawa locations coming 4 / 1
Overtime trending areas / account reporting
Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to identify trends .
Generate accurate and timely reports to inform the decision-maker and support strategic planning.

Work Order review and pricing
Support decision maker on planning, reporting and operations
