FULL TIME MAINTENANCE TECH

FULL TIME Job
COMPENSATION -($23-25 Per Hour)
We are a cleaning company based in Wilmington, DE Market and surrounding areas is looking to hire a FULL TIME Maintenance Technician to work (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday.
NOTE: Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work.
The Maintenance Tech position will require TRAVELING to various commercial sites that the cleaning company manages in the following areas: Delaware, Southeast Pennsylvania, and Southern New Jersey.
The Standard Hours of Service are 7:30am to 4:00pm, (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday.
The Service Duties Include but Not Limited To:
- Commercial Maintenance work
- Minor Locksmithing
- Drywall patch and painting
- Light carpentry
- Light Plumbing (clogs, toilet mechanisms, faucets etc)
- Light Electrical (bulbs, ballasts etc)
- Supply/Equipment deliveries
- Assembling Office Furniture & Equipment
- Handyman services
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20 pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and squat.
Minimum Of (3 to 5) Years Of Experience In The Field Is Required
- Must Have Valid Driver’s License
Work on the Road
NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the US.
Salary : $23 - $25
