Job Summary
We seek a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee hardscape construction projects and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pavers and hardscape construction management and be adept at utilizing various project management tools.
As a Crew Leader, you will guide your team, manage project schedules, and ensure quality control throughout the construction process. You might have to jump in and help install some days, depending on how busy we are.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of construction workers to ensure project goals are met.
- Work with the scheduling department to ensure all job sites are covered
- Oversee contract execution and ensure compliance with all specifications.
- Work with designers and estimators and constantly communicate for a problem-free worksite.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of work.
- Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of materials and labor.
- Address any issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction industry. Minimum of 3 years in pavers and hardscapes are a must.
- Familiarity with construction job sites and installers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Experience in quality control practices within a construction environment.
