Job Title: Cleaning Technician

Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in various facilities
-Training of new employees and walkthroughs with existing employees.
-Watch the clock on scheduling app to ensure all employees have arrived to shifts and have properly communicated if they are running late or have called out. Find cover for call outs and/or cover shifts as needed.
-Time editing for incorrect or missed logs.
-Make sure all scheduled inspections are completed. Submit inspections with pictures and fix any missed cleaning tasks missed.
-Check and fulfill supply requests.
-Vacuum Maintenance
- Operate buffing machines to maintain floor surfaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
Qualifications:
- MUST be able to pass a background check
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
