Job Summary:
The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides essential support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions to enable individuals to remain in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting observations of client condition to the Agency Director or Accounts Manager
- Notifying the Agency Director immediately in case of incidents or accidents
- Providing or assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, oral hygiene, nail care, skin care, and transfer assistance
- Assisting with household tasks directly related to clients' personal care
