What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time | On Call | Uptown | Weekday Residential Concierge position at Elite Concierge Svcs?
On call for Emergency Coverage or sub coverage scheduled in advance.
Shift times are various - possible 1st shift, 2nd shift or Overnight
The Concierge will be responsible for providing a comfortable atmosphere and stress-free environment to residents and their guests by delivering remarkable customer service.
Duties include managing the front desk or office area, providing miscellaneous services and information to residents, at their request, as well as assisting prospective residents, vendors, contractors and visitors as needed.
- Opening door and greeting and escorting prospective residents to the leasing office and ensures that they are comfortable until a leasing consultant is able to meet with them.
- Answers incoming calls, places outgoing calls, and schedules appointments for leasing staff.
- Offers and provides information and assistance to residents, prospective residents, vendors, contractors, office staff, and management as needed
- Accepts and logs packages to residents and property staff.
- Assists Maintenance Department by documenting work orders; follows up on work orders to ensure they are completed timely and accurately.
- Inspects common areas working within to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts Maintenance to items that need to be repaired.
- If applicable, schedules elevator usage for resident move-ins, move-outs, and deliveries. Maintains tracking logs for services provided by the property.
- Communicates issues to Concierge General Manager or appropriate office staff member in appropriate timeline.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
