Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Operations: Oversee daily operations of patient services, ensuring exceptional quality of care and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Utilize your home care compliance expertise to maintain and exceed industry standards while managing risk.
• Team Management: Mentor, train, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive growth and operational excellence.
• Patient Advocacy: Champion patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring personalized, compassionate care across our services.

Qualifications:

• RN License: Current and in good standing.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in home care leadership with proven Director of Patient Services expertise.
• Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of home care regulations, quality assurance processes, and risk management.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive organizational success in a fast-paced environment.
