- Oversee and guide a team of Physical and Occupational Therapists, primarily Physical Therapists.
- Review case notes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee patient admissions and determine appropriate therapy amounts.
- Ensure therapists deliver the correct services based on fee-for-service allowances.
- Go into the field to see patients as needed.
- Review documentation for timely billing.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (preferred) or Occupational Therapist.
- Proven experience in CHAA home care.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
