What You Bring
- Minimum of two years of Administrator experience in skilled nursing and rehab
- A track record of driving financial, clinical, and regulatory success
- The ability to develop and empower strong leadership teams
- Deep expertise in survey processes, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Experience in building committed teams and selecting compassionate healthcare employees
- Strong communication skills to connect with families and ensure they feel informed and confident about their loved one's care
- Active NHA license in Ohio
- Commitment to meeting or exceeding federal, state, and local standards
