Director of Nursing (DON) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) – Buffalo NY
We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) team in Buffalo NY.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum three years of leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting (DNS, ADON, or similar role)
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations and survey readiness
- Ability to develop and mentor nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, STNAs)
- Commitment to quality improvement and patient-centered care
- Strong leadership and communication skills to foster a positive team culture
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations, staff management, and regulatory compliance
- Lead survey readiness efforts to maintain high standards of care
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Work closely with leadership to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
