Position Description
As a Project Manager at Elite Construction & Development, you will lead and coordinate construction projects, including custom residential builds, commercial developments, and remodels. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and risks while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and quality standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from design to completion, ensuring milestones and budgets are met.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing needs and managing expectations.
- Prepare internal and external reports on project status, costs, and timelines.
- Facilitate permitting processes with local building/planning departments.
- Lead weekly site meetings, coordinating with Superintendents and subcontractors.
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, distributing updates as needed.
- Collaborate with accounting to finalize invoices and manage project costs.
- Conduct site visits to review progress, enforce safety protocols, and maintain a professional company image.
- Support project close-out activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed.
- Recruit, train, and manage subcontractors to uphold quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as a commercial construction Project Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in reading architectural drawings, contract documents, and schedules.
- Knowledge of construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and risk management.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office 365, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multifamily and mixed-use commercial developments.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Spectrum software.
- Proven ability to estimate commercial construction projects accurately.
Other Requirements
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Salary Range
- $94,084 minimum to $107,900 midpoint, up to $127,565 for superior candidates.
- Offers are based on experience, qualifications, and alignment with preferred skills.

Location Requirement:
This position is based in Pasco, WA, and candidates must be local to the area or willing to relocate at their own expense prior to the start date. Relocation assistance is not provided.
