Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews for Outside Sales and other W2 positions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers and recruiters to align schedules and candidate updates.
- Assist in creating job postings and managing advertising platforms.
- Provide follow-up and status updates to candidates post-interview.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding tasks and ensure new hires transition smoothly.
