We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to source, recruit, and hire top-tier Sales Consultants for our Business Development Associate (BDA) Program. This role is perfect for someone with experience in hiring for telemarketing or phone sales roles, who’s ready to make an impact at one of the leading consulting firms in the financial services industry.
What You’ll Do :
Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans
Source and attract top sales talent
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
Partner with leadership to meet hiring goals
Shape the future of our dynamic sales team
What We’re Looking For :
- 3 years of recruiting experience in telemarketing or phone sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for finding and hiring the BEST talent
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools
- 100% in-office required
- Someone looking to make a real impact on the growth of an organization
- Someone passionate about what they do, and willing to put the time in to excel.
Compensation & Perks :
Competitive base salary : $70,000 - $85,000 performance bonuses : 20% of base comp
