What are the responsibilities and job description for the Musical Theater Dance Instructor/Teacher position at Elite Dance Academy?
Elite Dance Academy is a dance studio in Broomfield, CO. We are looking for an experienced part-time dance teacher(s) qualified to teach musical theater classes fore ages 8-13. We are looking for teachers qualified in teaching a variety of ages and levels. We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic teacher with a knowledge of improv games, emotional expression through dance and acting and an ability to support dancers to explore diverse characters through movement, song and basic scene work. We are looking for teachers who also support talent & build human development in the lives of our students through dance while engaging students in a positive and creative way with a primary focus on ENTERTAINING, ENGAGING CLASSROOMS! It is important to us that teachers are up to date with teaching current technique, terminology, and style. We are looking for applicants that are going to WOW our students and families.
