We are seeking a highly skilled Canyon Country Host to join our team at Elite Devco, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and promptly, making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Accommodate special seating requests whenever possible, ensuring every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
- Seat guests based on preferences and balancing customer flow in service stations, maintaining a seamless and efficient operation.
- When immediate seating is limited, record guest names and number of people in party, providing estimated waiting times and updates when tables become available.
- Offer guests menus, inspecting tables for proper presentation and completeness.
- Relay messages to servers as needed, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain clean entrance, lobby, dining room, and restrooms, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist servers in maintaining and stocking service stations, supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Clean and reset tables promptly, cleaning chairs, booths, and surrounding carpet to maintain a tidy and inviting atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests requesting take-out service, entering orders into the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments correctly and close checks, ensuring every transaction is secure and accurate.
- Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return, fostering a loyal customer base and positive reputation.
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
