Our Business Management Trainee would train alongside our team of leaders to top regional Marketing & Sales Firm

Our Business Management Trainee learns hands-on what it would take to become a successful entrepreneur. At Elite, our Business Management Trainee would be tackling research and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

Responsibilities of Business Management Trainees:

• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition, maximize ongoing productivity, and exceed sales targets
• Conduct presentations to potential consumers directly informing them of our client’s products, services, and any new sales promotions to drive revenue
• Observing and learning from senior account managers by detailed note-taking
• Communicate confidently with the sales team and account managers to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate business messages
  
  

Business Management Trainee Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a business, marketing, sales, or customer service position
• Experience with teamwork and leading others
• Creative & outside-the-box thinker
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
