Job Summary:
Elite DNA Behavioral Health is seeking to hire a full-time Area Manager to join our team and support the Virginia market.
DESCRIPTION:
The Area Manager will provide administrative and project support to all clinics in their region. This position requires an individual with advanced leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and encourage the team to reach goals. This leader must be able to problem-solve to oversee the successful operation of the clinics in their region. The Area Manager will display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion with their team. The goal is to increase the overall operational efficiency within the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
- Lead, motivate, and support the team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
- Coach and develop members of the team for career growth.
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff.
- Ability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures.
- Offer consultation and recommendation to office managers to overcome operational challenges.
- Minimize costs and labor by reviewing schedules and hours worked by staff.
- Visit locations on a constant basis to evaluate operations and efficiency.
- Work closely with Regional Vice President on various projects as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Strong creative and analytical thinker.
- Excellent communication skills are required due to the need to often manage from a distance.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related industry.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing multiple locations.
- Ability to build strong relationships among peers and employees.
